We want you and your little one to love every Edupebble product! If something isn't right, we're here to help. π
Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligible Returns
Items eligible for return must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Items returned after 7 days
How to Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at juanique99@gmail.com with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- Wait for our return authorisation and instructions
- Package the item securely and send it back
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. π
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
